Successful Completion of the 3rd Alpagut Tournament in Shymkent, Kazakhstan 
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the 3rd Alpagut Tournament held in Shymkent, Republic of Kazakhstan, on December 14-15, 2024. This event was organized with the support of the Republican National Federation of “Alpagut” Kazakhstan and was dedicated to the celebration of Kazakhstan’s Independence Day on December 16.The “Alpagut” Federation brought together participants from various regions of the country, providing a platform for athletes, both male and female, to demonstrate their skills and emphasizing youth engagement in active sports.
During the opening ceremony, the President of the Republican National Federation of “Alpagut” Kazakhstan, Guldara Takhanova, delivered a welcoming speech, greeting the athletes and wishing them success in the tournament and future competitions.
At the awards ceremony, athletes were honored with diplomas, medals, and personalized “Alpagut” belts. The recipients of the personalized belts were officially congratulated and awarded by Guldara Takhanova.
The “Alpagut” Federation expresses special gratitude to the President of the National Sports Federation of Alpagut from Shymkent, Mr. Marat Nakhipov. Under his leadership, coaches including Aytkhuzha Kalmatov, Maksat Kulzhanov, Askat Borykbaev, Nurdaulet Esyrkep, Mirat Urazgaliev, and Yerzhan Kanibekov received membership certificates from the “Alpagut” Federation.
Additionally, in honor of Kazakhstan’s Independence Day, 15 coaches and activists from different regions of the country were awarded letters of appreciation for their contributions to the development of sports in Kazakhstan.
The tournament was a significant event that contributed to the popularization of Alpagut and the activation of sports life in the country.
