Subject: Extraordinary General Assembly of the World Alpagut Federation and New Executive Committee
The Executive Board of the World Alpagut Federation has decided to hold an extraordinary general assembly to further improve the Federation’s governance system. This decision is a significant step taken to support the strategic development of the federation and ensure more efficient implementation of activities within the Alpagut organization.
Until the next assembly, Emil Rahimov will serve as the President of the World Alpagut Federation.
The new Executive Committee consists of the following members:
1. Emil Rahimov – President (acting president until the next assembly)
2. Nuran Huseynov – Vice President (Public Relations)
3. Tural Abasguliyev – Vice President of Research and Development
4. Qudrat Nuriyev – Head of the Finance Department
5. Yunus Arabacı – Technical Director
6. Hasan Çağlar – Head of PR and Marketing Department
7. Qabil Huseynov – Head of the Sports Department
8. Rafiq Qasımov – Chairman of the Referees Committee
9. Betül Altıntaş – Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee
10. Mustafa Gasim Kazem – Deputy of the Disciplinary Department
11. Marina Belyaeva – Coordinator for the Ayça System
12. Marijus Tumas – Coordinator for the Batur System
13. Serdar Aksu – Coordinator for the Caymaz System
14. Amanjol Tuberov – Coordinator for the Gurshag System
15. Bülent Büyük – Coordinator for the Kachut System
16. Naim Belgin – Representative for the European Continent
17. Abdel Ghaffar Abdelbari – Official Representative for the African Continent
