– On 18 April 2023, the General Assembly of the Iraqi ALPAGUT Federation held an election conference in Baghdad. – On 20 May 2023, the Baku City Youth and Sports Head Department, in association with the Azerbaijan National Sports Types Association and the organizational efforts of the World Alpagut Federation’s Azerbaijan representation, hosted the Baku City Open Tournament. The event was dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of the national leader, Heydar Aliyev.

– On 25 July 2023, The President of the World Alpagut Federation, Jala Ahmadova, was elected a member of the management board of the Azerbaijan National Paralympic Committee.

– On 26 July 2023, Chairman of the Board of the World Alpagut Federation Kutsan Vasif Namazov, in the Turkish National Assembly, AK Party Deputy, Osman Mesten met. At the meeting, the development of Alpagut sports in Turkey was discussed.

On November 12, 2023, Lithuania Martial Arts Master Marijus Thomas Alpagut showed interest in martial arts. He took part in Alpagut training and applied for the World Alpagut Federation for an official representative office in Lithuania.

– On 23 november 2023, A Press Conference was held at the Sports Academy on Azerbaijan, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan, the World Alpagut Federation (WAF), and the The Association For International SportforAll (TAFISA).

– On 24 November 2023, International Sport Network Organization (ISNO) officially recognized Alpagut sport. The ISNO has accepted the World Alpagut Federation (WAF) as an official member.

– On December 1-4, 2023 in Türkiye, Bursa city, Naim Suleymanoglu Sports Complex, the 4th Alpagut World Championship, organized by the National Teams of 23 countries, was held at the 4th Aloud World Championship. According to the general results of the championship, the #Türkiye team with 180 athletes took the 1st place, the #Iraqi team with 49 athletes took the 2nd place, and the #Azerbaijan team with 44 athletes took the 3rd place.
