The World Alpagut Federation held an extraordinary meeting at the Azerbaijan Atatürk Center. At the meeting, the members of the World Alpagut Federation Board of Directors was elected as follows:

4. Boobek Totoşov;
5. Akbar Goshalı;
6. Anar Xəlilov;
7. Ganira Pashayeva;
8. Kamil Yusubov;
9. Necmeddin Kibar;
10. Nizami Jafarov;
11. Farid Alizade;
12. Faik Mammadov;
13. Vasif Namazov.
According to the decisions taken, the daughter of Deputy Paşayeva Ganire Alesker, the 1st Vice President of the World Alpaqut Federation, the son of Abdullasoy Araz Zakir, was elected as the vice president of the World Alpaqut Federation on legal issues.
At the same time, Deputy G. Paşayeva was awarded with the title of Umay Hatun by the World Alpaqut Federation.
